1/4 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
dash of freshly ground black pepper or white pepper
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup walnut oil
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Stir the vinegar, sugar, and pepper together. Add the walnut oil, chives, parsley, and nuts and whisk or shake.
