1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup corn or canola oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Dissolve the salt and sugar in the vinegar. Add the pepper. Add the oil, garlic, parsley, and oregano and whisk or shake.
