4 Kaiser Rolls

1 pound deli roast beef
Your favorite barbecue sauce


1. Cut roast beef in two-inch pieces and place in a small frying pan. Drench beef with   barbecue sauce. Heat to bubbling and allow it to simmer while you prepare the buns.

2. Slice the rolls almost all the way through, leaving a “hinge.” Spread the buns with butter and place them under a broiler until they start to brown around the edges. Fill generously with the barbecue beef. Serve hot with coleslaw or potato salad.
