This is one of our favorite ways to make salmon and is very easy to prepare.  It is very good.  We broiled the salmon on a rack in the oven but you can cook it on the grill or pan fry it.

You will need skinned salmon fillets and Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.  We recommend Elki Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.

  1. Lay the skinned salmon fillets, skinned side down, in a shallow baking dish.  Pour Thai Sweet Chili Sauce over the fillets and let them sit for about 30 minutes.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Place an oven-proof rack over the foil.  Preheat the broiler.
  3. Place the fillets on the rack skinned side down.  Spoon the sauce from the baking dish over the fillets.  Place the pan with rack and salmon in the oven.
  4. Broil for seven to ten minutes or until done.  Do not turn.  Carefully remove the salmon to plates to serve.
