8 plum tomatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
1/2 serrano chili, seeded
6 green onions
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pinch of sugar
fresh lime juice
salt and pepper to taste


1. Finely chop the first eight ingredients and combine in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add the crushed garlic and sugar.
3. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the salsa mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8 to 10.
