These started out as mint blondies. But mint just wasn’t quite right. Butterscotch chips, instead of mint chips, are perfect.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1 large egg yolk
3/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup walnut pieces
3/4 cup butterscotch baking chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs and egg yolk, one at a time. Add the vanilla. Drizzle in the melted white chocolate while beating.
- Whisk the salt and flour together. Fold the flour into the sugar and egg mixture. Add the butterscotch chips and nuts.
- Scrape the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
