This peanut butter no-bake cookie is a chewy, peanut butter-rich cookie made with oats. Both kids and adults will like this. It’s sweet, chewy, and easy to make.

Again, this is a stovetop recipe. From ingredients to cookies on the sheet took us about ten minutes. Just make a sort of caramel base with the milk, butter, and sugar; mix in the oats, vanilla, and peanut butter, and drop them onto the pan to set. You’ll have delicious peanut butter no-bake cookies in no time at all.

The Peanut Butter Delights (No-Bake) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cups peanut butter
  • 3 cups quick rolled oats

Directions

  1. Add the brown sugar, evaporated milk, and butter to a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continually, until the mixture comes to boil. Cook for one minute longer.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, quick oats, and vanilla. Stir until the mixture begins to cool.
  3. Drop the cookies by the spoonful onto a nonstick baking sheet or waxed paper. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
