
This peanut butter no-bake cookie is a chewy, peanut butter-rich cookie made with oats. Both kids and adults will like this. It’s sweet, chewy, and easy to make.
Again, this is a stovetop recipe. From ingredients to cookies on the sheet took us about ten minutes. Just make a sort of caramel base with the milk, butter, and sugar; mix in the oats, vanilla, and peanut butter, and drop them onto the pan to set. You’ll have delicious peanut butter no-bake cookies in no time at all.
The Peanut Butter Delights (No-Bake) Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cups peanut butter
- 3 cups quick rolled oats
Directions
- Add the brown sugar, evaporated milk, and butter to a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continually, until the mixture comes to boil. Cook for one minute longer.
- Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, quick oats, and vanilla. Stir until the mixture begins to cool.
- Drop the cookies by the spoonful onto a nonstick baking sheet or waxed paper. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
