This is Ghirardelli’s recipe taken from the label of Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate.
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate
2/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add the butter.
- Whisk the Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate with the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the flour mixture with the egg mixture. Add the nuts.
- Spread the batter into a greased 8-inch or 9-inch square pan.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
