To make the strawberry topping:
2 cups individually frozen strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
Mix the strawberries, sugar, and juice together in a bowl and let the berries partially thaw. Lightly mash the berries. Some whole fruit should remain. Set aside in the refrigerator.
To make the cherry topping:
2 cups individually frozen bing cherries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla (optional)
