• 1/4 cup raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 of a small, sweet onion, diced
  • 1 large tart apple, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Bring vinegar and brown sugar to a boil and then reduce the heat.
  2. Add the pepper and onion and continue to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add apple and cinnamon and cook until it is tender.
  4. Continue cooking to reach the desired consistency
