One of the joys of baking is creating new recipes.  We made Butter Pecan Muffins.  Then we decided it was too good not to explore further.  So, we made Cinnamon Apple Walnut Muffins by substituting different ingredients.  Next, we made Raspberry Nut Muffins with White Chocolate Chips.  These are great morning muffins—not so rich with sugar and fat that you think you’re eating dessert instead of a bread.  They are perfect piping hot with butter and a little jam.

We started listing all the different combinations to create more muffin recipes.  We’ll pass the list and instructions on to you so that you can make a thousand different morning muffins.

Using a basic recipe, you can make hundreds, even a thousand different variations.  Just choose your combinations and make the substitutions.
